titleOfInvention Cyclodextrin recovery method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for efficiently and economically recovering cyclodextrin from a clathrate compound of cyclodextrin and a guest compound such as cholesterol and other lipids, with high purity. [Structure] A non-polar high-porous type having styrene as a basic skeleton under conditions in which an inclusion compound of cyclodextrin and a guest compound such as cholesterol or other lipid is substantially dissociated and solubilized. An aqueous solution containing the inclusion compound is passed through the hydrophobic adsorption resin to preferentially adsorb the guest compound, and cyclodextrin is recovered from the passage solution obtained.
