abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] In the method of manufacturing a color filter by applying a pigment dispersion liquid to form a desired color film, exposing and developing it to form a predetermined pattern, a pattern is already formed. Provided is a method for manufacturing a color filter for forming a uniform coating film on a glass substrate having no coating unevenness or coating streaks. [Structure] 1) A step of applying a solution containing a photosensitive resin composition (A), a pigment (B) and an organic solvent (C) on a transparent substrate and drying it to form a coating film, 2) through a mask pattern A method of forming a plurality of color patterns on the same substrate by repeating a step of exposing the coating layer, 3) developing the exposed coating layer to form a color pattern on the transparent substrate. In the above, at least one kind of the organic solvent (C) used in the coating solution for the second and subsequent colors is 3-alkoxypropionic acid alkyl ester. |
