titleOfInvention | Reagent composition for zinc sulfate turbidity test |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] In the conventional zinc sulfate turbidity test (ZTT), the instability of the reagent due to the fluctuation of pH was eliminated, good correlation with the standard method was maintained, and reproducibility was improved. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ZTT reagent composition which is extremely excellent in stability over time. A zinc sulfate comprising: zinc sulfate, bis (2-hydroxyethyl) iminotris (hydroxymethyl) methane as a buffer, and an acidifying agent for adjusting the pH to a desired value. Opacity test reagent composition. |
