titleOfInvention Silicone rubber roll
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] The silicone rubber roll of the present invention has a total amount of (A) low molecular weight siloxane having a degree of polymerization of 3 to 20 of 10,000 pp. Organopolysiloxane set to m or less, (B) Reinforcing silica powder having a specific surface area of 50 m 2 / g or more, and (C) low molecular siloxane having a degree of polymerization of 3 to 20 in total. A layer of a cured product of a silicone rubber composition containing silicone elastomer particles having an average particle size of 200 μm or less and (D) a curing agent set to 2,000 ppm or less is formed on a core metal. And [Effects] Removal of low-molecular-weight siloxanes having a degree of polymerization of 3 to 20 effectively proceeds in each step of preparation, molding, and curing of a silicone rubber composition. The total amount is kept below 2,000 ppm. Therefore, this roll is extremely useful as various roll materials for a copying machine that dislikes low-molecular-weight siloxane.
