abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A molded product having high impact resistance and high gloss is obtained from a rubber-modified styrene resin composition. [Composition] 5 wt% styrene solution viscosity 15 to 100 cp of a prepolymerized liquid (A) obtained by prepolymerizing a mixed liquid of a rubbery polymer of s and a styrenic monomer, and a rubbery polymer having a viscosity of 150 to 2000 cps of a 5 wt% styrene solution and a styrenic monomer. The mixed solution is preliminarily polymerized and mixed with the preliminarily polymerized solution (B) dispersed by applying a shearing force to polymerize. The obtained dispersion particles of the modified styrene-based resin composition are small particles having a salami structure and an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 μm. It includes large particles having a salami structure and an average particle diameter of 0.8 to 2.0 μm. The content of the rubber-like polymer is 1 to 25% by weight, and the ratio of the small particles to the large particles is small particles / large particles = 75 to 99/1 to 25 (% by weight). |
