abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a treatment method for obtaining water from which a vaporizable dissolved substance has been removed. [Structure] A water-impermeable membrane that allows gas to pass therethrough, and one of them is brought into contact with water containing a vaporizable dissolved substance while supplying a carrier gas, and the other is kept under reduced pressure. This allows the vaporizable dissolved substance to selectively permeate through the membrane to obtain water from which the vaporizable dissolved substance has been removed on the impermeable side of the membrane, and to remove and recover the permeated vaporizable dissolved substance.
