[Structure] A bag having an openable and closable portion at the upper end, and a defecation treating agent for spraying on defecation after use. [Effect] In an emergency, defecation is easy to handle, no bad odor is generated, temporary storage until mass recovery, mass storage, and transportation are possible, and bags can be incinerated after use.
