abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a hamster monoclonal antibody against a mouse cell surface antigen. [Constitution] Mouse myeloma cells and cells expressing mouse Fas antigen, which are produced by a hybridoma obtained by fusing mammalian splenocytes immunized with W4 transformed cells expressing mouse cell surface antigen, immunochemically A recognizable hamster monoclonal antibody. [Effect] It is useful for clinical application of anti-Fas antibody in the treatment of various diseases, basic research of cell death by apoptosis, and development of animal models of diseases such as severe hepatitis.
