(57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a sustained-dissolving agent which has high durability and can be used as a detergent base which does not lose its shape. [Structure] The sustained dissolution agent of the present invention is a compound having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 1,000,000 obtained by reacting a specific polyoxyalkylene compound having a valence of 1 to 20 with an aliphatic monoisocyanate compound having a carbon number of 4 to 16.
