titleOfInvention | Resin composition for jigs and tools |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Epoxy resin for jigs and tools containing an epoxy resin, an epoxy curing agent, hollow microspheres, and a silicon-based surfactant consisting of a block copolymer of polyoxyalkylsiloxane and polyoxyalkylene as essential components. Composition. [Effect] Since the resin composition for jigs and tools of the present invention is finely dispersed to the extent that the bubbles cannot be visually recognized even when the bubbles are bitten during mixing and stirring, the obtained cured product does not have visible voids. Therefore, there is no need for repairs and the aesthetics are good. Therefore, it is useful as an epoxy resin jig or tool that attaches importance to the appearance, particularly as a jig or tool material that is formed by paste cutting and contains hollow microspheres that are difficult to defoam. |
