abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a method for stably and inexpensively supplying a large amount of phospholipid having a high DHA content. A method for obtaining a phospholipid composition containing docosahexaenoic acid, which comprises extracting a lipid component from the skin of a cephalopod and then fractionating the obtained lipid component. [Effect] The phospholipid containing DHA can be efficiently obtained at low cost. In particular, the fraction of the lipid component can be efficiently and easily isolated and purified in a short time by a method of combining solvent fractionation and column chromatography. Therefore, DHA is expected to have many useful physiological effects. A large amount of phospholipids containing can be supplied as a raw material for research reagents, medicines, health foods, cosmetics, etc. at low cost. |
