abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To make an integral foam-molded product that has a different hardness coating on the required area on the back side of the epidermis. [Structure] A synthetic resin stock solution is injected and applied to the lower mold cavity to form a skin, and immediately after that, a two-component reaction curable resin is stirred and applied to a required portion to form a skin having a different hardness coating, and the upper skin is formed. The foamed resin stock solution is agitated and injected into an integrated foamed product.
