titleOfInvention Absorbent article manufacturing method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an absorbent article, and an object thereof is to improve the absorption performance thereof. [Structure] A method for manufacturing a fine fibrous absorbent article is a, b. And c, wherein the molten thermoplastic fiber-forming polymer is added to the multi-orifice in the fiber-forming die 10 in step a. Extruded from 12, the orifices 12 are aligned along the face of the die 10 and in step b the fibers are squeezed in a hot air stream to form a fine fiber stream, and in step c collectors 14, 15 with forming surfaces. Microfibers are collected above, the surface being aligned with the die 10 and being substantially parallel and equidistant to the die 10, the fibers forming a spirally wound fine fiber absorbent article. The absorbent article is then pulled across the molding surface, with its outer surface supported by the molding surface and substantially parallel to the die 10.
