titleOfInvention Intaglio transfer printing machine
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] In intaglio transfer printing, it is possible to print with a thicker print thickness than before. [Structure] Ink or adhesive is placed on the intaglio plate and scraped off with a doctor blade. Ink remains in the pattern engraved on the intaglio. When the pad 5 is pressed against this, pattern-shaped ink is transferred to the pad 5. When the transferred pad 5 is pressed against the work, the pattern-shaped ink is transferred onto the work, and the printing is completed. By covering and fixing the mesh 9 on the surface of the pad 5, the transfer rate at the time of transferring the ink or the adhesive can be increased, and the printed film thickness can be increased.
