(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a low-pressure mercury lamp device having a simple structure and having a small decrease in ultraviolet light output. [Structure] A low-pressure mercury lamp made of quartz glass with an inner diameter of 6 mm to 15 mm and a frequency of 20 kHz to 100 kHz. The lighting voltage is applied to the input per unit area of the positive column to 0.7 W / cm 2 not turned on at the lamp power of 2.0 W / cm 2. Aluminum oxide is attached to the inner surface of the quartz glass. [Effect] A high-density ultraviolet light output can be obtained, a decrease in ultraviolet light output over time can be suppressed, and a long-life and easy-to-use ultraviolet light source device can be obtained. |
