abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] It takes a short time to stabilize the data, (EN) Provided is a volume measuring device based on a gas volume method, which enables measurement at an arbitrary temperature, and has a compact structure and can reliably perform measurement at a set temperature by a simple operation. [Structure] The constituent member 3 of the measurement chamber 1 and the expansion chamber 2 includes a first temperature sensor 4 for measuring the temperature and a Peltier element 51. And the heat exchanger 5 including the radiator 52 are attached, A second temperature sensor 7 is attached to the temperature controller for controlling the current supplied to the Peltier element 51 so that the constituent member 3 reaches the target temperature within a range in which the temperature of the radiator 52 does not rise above a predetermined temperature. An adjusting circuit 6 is provided.
