(57) [Summary] [Purpose] A monoclonal antibody that recognizes α-catenin, A hybridoma producing the monoclonal antibody, and an immunochemical assay reagent containing the monoclonal antibody are provided. [Constitution] A monoclonal antibody was prepared using α-catenin as an antigen, and the expression of α-catenin in normal cells of various animals and human cancer cells was measured. [Effect] The expression of α-catenin was not observed in human cancer cells Pc 9 (lung adenocarcinoma), and it is expected as a reagent for determining the transfer ability of cancer cells. |
