titleOfInvention Thermal spray material
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a thermal spray material having excellent adhesion yield, corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance, which is suitable for lining formed on various industrial kilns by a thermal spraying method, or for repairing the lining. It is a thing. A thermal spray material comprising a refractory powder, characterized in that the refractory powder comprises 97 to 40 parts by weight and one or more metal alkoxide powders comprises 3 to 60 parts by weight. [Effect] To provide a thermal spray material having a good adhesion rate and excellent corrosion resistance even when a conventional fuel or carrier gas is used as a flame source for applying a high melting point material.
