titleOfInvention | Method for producing high-purity polyarylene sulfide resin |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention is directed to polyarylene sulfide (PA). The purpose is to reduce and remove the oligomer component remaining in S). [Configuration] Using a vent type extruder having a heating device, A method for producing high-purity PAS, which comprises keeping PAS in a molten state and at the same time injecting water or steam into an extruder to separate oligomer components in PAS and discharging them together with steam from a vent port. [Effect] The oligomer component contained in the PAS is effectively removed, and it is possible to improve the molding workability such as suppressing the gas generated during molding and improving the surface condition of the molded product. |
