abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] By sufficiently graft-polymerizing a monomer component containing an unsaturated nitrile and a conjugated diene monomer onto a polyorganosiloxane, it is possible to remarkably improve the microscopic dispersibility of an unvulcanized rubber composition. Provided are a silicone-modified nitrile rubber and a rubber composition thereof which are improved, prevent phase separation, improve roll processability, and have significantly improved cold resistance, mechanical strength, and fuel oil resistance. [Structure] (a) Average composition formula R 1 a SiO (4-a) / 2 (wherein R 1 is a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent organic group, and Indicates a number of 1.80 to 2.02, and 0.02 of R 1 10 to 10% is a group containing an ethylenically unsaturated group), 5 to 70% by weight of the modified polyorganosiloxane having a silicon atom in the range of 100 to 10,000, and (b) an unsaturated nitrile and a conjugated diene. Monomer component 9 including monomer Mooney viscosity (ML 1 + 4 , obtained by polymerizing 5 to 30% by weight (however, (a) + (b) = 100% by weight)) 100-degree C) 15-150 silicone modified nitrile rubber, and its rubber composition.
