[Structure] Formula [Chemical Formula 1] Wherein, X represents a chlorine, Y represents a hydrogen atom, chlorine or methylation, R 1 represents an ethyl or n- propyl, and R 2 represents cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl, with the proviso that the R 1 and R 2 A novel tetrazolinone represented by having a carbon number sum of 7 or 8, and use as a herbicide for paddy fields, and a herbicide composition for paddy fields comprising the compound and another herbicidal compound. [Effect] The compound of the formula (I) of the present invention exhibits excellent effects as a herbicide for paddy fields.
