titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing cement products
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To improve the dispersibility of cement-reinforcing fibers and further improve the bending strength of cement products. [Structure] The surface tension of the cement slurry is reinforced by adding 0.0001 to 1% by weight of a surfactant to a molding material for cement products such as cement powder, aggregates, process aids and reinforcing fibers. The surface tension of the fibers was adjusted to the same level to improve the dispersibility of the reinforcing fibers. [Effect] The surface tension of the cement slurry is lowered by the addition and mixing of the surfactant, so that the dispersibility of the reinforcing fiber is improved, and the bending strength of the cement product is improved by 20% or more as compared with the case where the surfactant is not added and mixed. I was able to.
