titleOfInvention Electrolysis equipment for gas production
abstract (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] In an electrolysis apparatus for producing gas, the geometric deviation of the electrolytic cell and the fluctuation of the electrolyte recirculation flow rate which occur when the apparatus is operated are reduced. [Structure] The distance between the anode 8 and the cathode 28 of the electrolytic cell 1 is made larger than the thickness of the selectively permeable membrane 4 arranged between the anode 8 and the cathode 28, and the electrolytic solution recirculation pipes 20, 21 are provided. The pressure loss coefficient of is less than or equal to the pressure loss coefficient of the anode chamber 3, the cathode chamber 26, the electrolyte distributors 10, 11, 12, 13 and the degassing chamber 15 as a whole.
