abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A hydroxyl value of 30 obtained by reacting a drying oil or a semi-drying oil and / or a fatty acid thereof as an essential component. ~ 250 resin (A), oxycarboxylic acid (B), other hydroxyl compound (C) and organic isocyanate compound (D), or a chain extender (E) thereof in specific amounts. A coating composition for an aqueous synthetic resin-prepared paint, comprising an aqueous resin, a pigment and a desiccant. [Effect] The coating composition obtained by the composition of the present invention is water-based, environmentally friendly, and nonflammable at room temperature, so there is little risk of fire, and the coating film has good dryness and a long-lasting feeling. It is also excellent in workability for brush painting and sagging, and has excellent storage stability. The present composition is particularly useful as a coating agent for undercoating and topcoating aluminum, iron plates, tin-plated steel plates, various pretreated steel plates, steel, alkali base materials, various woods, etc. |
