(57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a one-component polyurethane coating composition having improved anti-yellowing properties when applied in the presence of an acid and / or a melamine resin and hardly deteriorating other valuable properties. [Structure] Polyisocyanate and (i) 60 to 99.9 equivalent% of the oxime- or lactam-blocking agent based on the isocyanate groups in the polyisocyanate before blocking, and (ii) the isocyanate groups in the polyisocyanate before blocking. 0.1-40 equivalent% of hydrazine and // Alternatively, it is soluble in any of the polyisocyanates, blocking agents or suitable organic solvents for polyisocyanates and has the group H (R) N-NR-CO- [wherein the carbonyl group is bonded to carbon or nitrogen and R is hydrogen. Or a blocked polyisocyanate which is a reaction product with a compound having an appropriately substituted hydrocarbon group] |
