Package for vision correction lens |
abstract |
(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A substantially flat first with a concave saucer The surface of the tray is larger than the radius of the lens inside the tray so that the lens can be placed in the center and placed in the center of the tray. It is a package for the eyesight correction lens. [Structure] There is an annular sealing area around the pan, Preferably, the flat annulus projects from the first flat surface in a direction away from the pan and is located at the periphery of the annular boundary between the first flat surface and the concave pan. The package is hermetically sealed with a sealing sheet along a sealing area substantially parallel to the first flat surface to cover the concave saucer. The package is made from a bubble-free core polymer so that when the pan is filled with water, the surface of the polymer is sufficiently wet so that the central water meniscus is substantially flat. It is possible to eliminate the optical aberrations that occur and to perform in-package inspection without distortion. |
