titleOfInvention | REBaCuO-based oxide superconducting thin film |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An object is to obtain a REBaCuO-based oxide superconducting thin film with little deterioration of superconducting properties under a reducing atmosphere such as high temperature and low oxygen partial pressure. [Structure] In a REBaCuO-based oxide superconducting thin film (RE is one or a combination of two or more of Er, Y, Ho, Dy, Gd, and Eu), the metal component composition is R in atomic ratio. E: Ba = 1: 1.9-2.1 and RE + Ba = 52- It is characterized by being 56 at%. [Effect] R, which has higher reliability as a practical material than before It is possible to obtain an EBaCuO-based oxide superconducting thin film, to provide a process in which the manufacturing apparatus of the thin film is less deteriorated, and to prevent deterioration of device characteristics when manufacturing an applied device using the thin film. |
