titleOfInvention Image forming method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide an image forming method capable of printing a high quality image on various recording media and not requiring a cleaning device or a cleaning step. A liquid layer 12 functioning as an intermediate transfer surface is formed on a supporting surface (drum surface) 14, an image 26 is formed on an exposed surface 13 of the liquid layer, and a recording medium is formed on the exposed surface of the liquid layer. An image forming method in which the surface of 28 is brought into contact with the recording medium to transfer the image. [Effect] Since the liquid layer is used as the intermediate transfer surface, the transfer efficiency is increased, and the processing such as cleaning is unnecessary, Since the structure of the device is simple, high quality printing can be realized at low cost.
