[Structure] Mainly consists of a lower mold having a molding recess and a frame mold mounted on the lower mold, and a predetermined amount of chipped urethane cut into a chip shape is put in the molding recess of the lower mold in advance. In addition, the lower mold is covered with a net, then the frame mold is overlapped, and then the urethane stock solution is supplied into the frame mold to fill the molding concave portion of the lower mold and the urethane stock solution in the frame mold.
