titleOfInvention Solid electrolyte fuel cell
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To reduce the electrical resistance of the electrodes of a solid oxide fuel cell and to reduce the microcracks and delamination of each layer due to thermal history, aiming at high output, long life and high reliability of the cell. . [Constitution] The solid electrolyte fuel cell has a fuel electrode (or an air electrode) 4, a solid electrolyte (YSZ) 6 and an air electrode (or a fuel electrode) 8 which are laminated with a base tube (plate) 2. Electrodes 4 and 8 are porous, NiCrAl based, Ni CrFe system, NiCrFeAl system and NiCrAl + YSZ system, NiCrFe + YSZ system and NiCrFe It is made of a material selected from the Al + YSZ system. The solid electrolyte (YSZ) is preferably formed by plasma spraying, and each electrode film is preferably formed by flame spraying. It is also possible to manufacture the base tube (plate) from the above-mentioned material and use it as the electrode 4. This heat resistant alloy has durability, electrical conductivity, Since it has excellent compatibility with YSZ and can be used as a substrate tube (plate) and an electrode, the laminated structure and its construction are simplified. The above-mentioned object is achieved because the factors that receive thermal strain are reduced and the fuel electrode and the air electrode can be made of the same type of material.
