Alternatively, a type I allergic reaction chamber containing immobilized sensitized leukocytes; a means for supplying a test sample to the reaction chamber; and a voltammetry measuring means for detecting the peak current of serotonin released by the type I allergic reaction in the reaction chamber. including. [Effect] Since the immobilized sensitized leukocytes are used, it is not necessary to carry out a complicated operation of loading the leukocytes on the carrier and further on the electrodes each time the measurement is carried out.
