titleOfInvention | High water content and high elasticity transparent hydrogel |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A highly water-containing hydrogel excellent in elasticity and transparency, which has no residual organic solvent and does not require a complicated manufacturing process such as a cooling process or a solvent replacement process in the gel. Providing a manufacturing method. [Structure] A mixed aqueous solution of a polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer having a degree of polymerization of 35 or more and a saponification degree of 90 mol% or more and another hydrophilic polymer is heated and dissolved under pressure, and the resulting homogeneous aqueous solution is air-dried and then again. In the hydrogel obtained by absorbing water, the weight ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol polymer to the hydrophilic polymer is 99.9: 0.1 to 50:50. The tensile elastic modulus of the hydrogel is 2 kg / cm 2 or more, and the visible light transmittance is 50% or more. |
