abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Low temperature stability consisting of a crosslinked product of an organosilicon compound composed of diethylsiloxane units alone or diethylsiloxane units and fluoroalkyl-substituted siloxane units, and the number of continuous diethylsiloxane units is 100 or less. Polymeric elastomer, which is obtained by polymerizing hexaethylcyclotrisiloxane alone or a mixture of hexaethylcyclotrisiloxane and tris (fluoroalkyl) trialkylcyclotrisiloxane. It is obtained by removing a fraction of which the number exceeds 100 and then performing a crosslinking treatment. [Effects] The above-mentioned elastomer is flexible because a liquid crystal structure is not formed, and therefore thermal motion of the molecular chain is not likely to be frozen up to around the lowest glass transition point of polydiethylsiloxane.
