(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To improve the storage reliability of a sublimation type thermal transfer sheet under high temperature and high humidity. [Structure] A coloring material layer is provided on an upper surface of a base material, and a heat resistant slipping layer is provided on a lower surface of the base material, and at least one kind of a binder and a basic substance in which the coloring material layer is dissolved in an organic solvent is an electron donor.
