titleOfInvention | Method for producing refractive index modulation pattern |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a method for stably producing a pattern in which the refractive index is modulated by a simple facility / process. [Structure] A substrate having a photopolymerizable mixture layer such as a mixture of methyl methacrylate and phenyl methacrylate is irradiated with linearly polarized coherent light (for example, excimer laser light) to photopolymerize the compound, and then incoherent light. Is irradiated to the entire surface of the photopolymerizable mixture layer or heated to polymerize the unreacted monomer remaining in the photopolymerizable mixture layer. |
