[Structure] At least a lanthanum compound powder and a chromium compound powder containing two or more elements other than oxygen are mixed to obtain a mixture. At this time, among the metal elements contained in the mixture, the A site of lanthanum chromite is selected. The metal element to be occupied and the metal element to be occupied to the B site of the lanthanum chromite are mixed in a molar ratio of 1: 1.03 to 1.40. The mixture is granulated, the granulated powder is sprayed onto a substrate to form a sprayed film, and the sprayed film is heat-treated to obtain a lanthanum chromite film. It is also possible to heat the above mixture to obtain a synthetic product, and spray the granulated powder after synthesis onto the substrate. |
