(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a coating material for forming an excellent porous sheet having a high flexibility, an excellent texture, and a uniform pore structure. A coating material for forming a porous sheet, which comprises a polyurethane resin having an oxyethylene chain and a silicone segment in the molecular skeleton and an organic solvent capable of dissolving the same, is composed of a perfluoroalkyl group having 6 or more carbon chains.
