titleOfInvention Method of separating organic solvent mixed liquid and separating apparatus thereof
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] In a method of separating an organic solvent mixed liquid by extractive distillation, a solvent is conventionally extracted from an organic solvent-water (for example, alcohol-water mixed solution) discharged from the bottom of an extractive distillation column. Although it consumes a lot of energy because it is recovered by distillation, the present invention provides a method for separating an organic solvent mixed liquid and a separating apparatus for solving the problem. [Configuration] The PV membrane separation device 2 is housed in the recovery section 1-1 of the extractive distillation column 1, or the PV membrane separation apparatus 2 is arranged separately from the recovery section 1-1. The methanol-acetone mixed liquid is supplied between the recovery section 1-1 and the concentration section 1-2 of the extractive distillation column 1. Acetone is distilled from the top of the tower and collected. On the other hand, the methanol-water mixed liquid moves to the recovery section 1-1 of the extractive distillation column 1, but water is permeated and discharged by the PV membrane separation device 2, and methanol is supplied to the outlet of the supply side of the PV membrane separation device 2. Are discharged and collected.
