abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] A hollow monofilament 2 made of synthetic resin is used as a basic structure, a chemical solution outlet 21 is provided at the front end, and a chemical solution inlet 22 is provided at the rear end. In the self-guided catheter in which the metal wire 4 having a wire diameter capable of ensuring the void 3a communicating with the inner wall of the part is built in, and the void 3a is used as the drug solution transport path, the hollow monofilament 2 is (a) 25-40% by weight of polyether block amide copolymer, (b) polyurethane 2 A self-guided catheter comprising a composition comprising 5 to 40% by weight and (c) an X-ray contrast agent of 50 to 20% by weight. [Effect] Since the guide wire and the catheter are combined, it is possible to inject the drug solution into the affected area by only inserting it once into the blood vessel. It has excellent flexibility and operability, does not cause kinks during operation, has extremely easy antithrombotic processing, has excellent antithrombotic properties, and has good contrast properties.
