abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Objective] The present invention allows three-dimensional growth of animal tissues or cells for various drug susceptibility tests, drug efficacy tests, or cytotoxicity tests for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical materials, etc. A tissue cell culture kit for the purpose is provided. [Constitution] An animal tissue cell culture kit comprising a culture container in which an extracellular matrix such as collagen is adhered to the inner bottom surface so as not to adhere to the side wall surface. [Effect] The drug susceptibility test and the cytotoxicity test can be easily performed on animal tissues and cells, which could not be accurately determined by the conventional method. |
