titleOfInvention | Aqueous dispersion of alkali-soluble oligomer and method for producing aqueous polymer dispersion using the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] An emulsifier having high emulsion stability, water resistance and foam-suppressing property, and an aqueous dispersion of an alkali-soluble oligomer used for the emulsifier, and a coagulation product not generated during polymerization using the same. Provided is an aqueous polymer dispersion having a low thixotropic index and excellent in water resistance, foam suppression and solvent miscibility stability. In an aqueous medium containing polyoxyethylene alkyl propenyl ether sulfate ammonium salt, 40 parts by weight of ethyl acrylate, 40 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate and 20 parts by weight of methacrylic acid are emulsion-polymerized to obtain a weight average molecular weight of 10300. And the weight average molecular weight / number average molecular weight ratio is 1.89 and the residual surfactant amount is 2 An aqueous dispersion of an alkali-soluble oligomer which is 0 ppm or less is obtained. The oligomer constituting the aqueous dispersion is neutralized, and the monomer mixture is emulsion polymerized in the presence of the neutralized product to obtain an aqueous polymer dispersion. |
