titleOfInvention | Thermal recording material |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A thermosensitive color development comprising, on a support, a colorless or light-colored leuco dye which is a color-forming substance, and a developer and a sensitizer which react with heat to develop the leuco dye. Crystals obtained by heating and dissolving a color developer in an alcohol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or an alcohol-water system having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, followed by cooling or partial solvent distillation treatment in a thermosensitive recording material having a layer. A heat-sensitive recording material characterized in that it is 2,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone having a purity of 97% by weight or more, which has been washed and dried. [PROBLEMS] To provide a heat-sensitive recording material having excellent performances such as overcoming the drawbacks of the conventional heat-sensitive recording material, less background fogging, and good image storability (weather resistance). |
