titleOfInvention | Microcapsule manufacturing method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] An anionic water-soluble polymer which is a copolymer of at least acrylic acid, acrylic acid sulfoalkyl ester or methacrylic acid sulfoalkyl ester, and three or more monomers of alkyl acrylate A method for producing microcapsules, which comprises forming a capsule having an amine-aldehyde polycondensation product as a wall film in a system in which a hydrophobic core substance is dispersed or emulsified in an acidic aqueous solution containing the same. [Effect] By reducing the amount of very small particles present in the capsule slurry, it is possible to reduce spot stains, the emulsifying power is strong, and the stability of the emulsified particles during the reaction is good. The resulting microcapsules have good particle size distribution and fineness of the capsule wall, and are excellent in workability as well as overall. |
