abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An object of the present invention is to obtain a masking tape capable of preventing defects due to folding and wrinkling during the plating process and peeling of the masking tape. [Structure] A masking tape 6 in which an ultraviolet-transparent heat-fusible resin layer 2 and an ultraviolet-curable adhesive layer 3 are sequentially provided on an ultraviolet-transparent substrate film 1. Using this, The UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is adhered to the pattern forming side of the printed circuit board, and laminated with a heat roller from above, Next, a plating step and a washing step are performed, and thereafter, the base film side of the masking tape is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to peel off the masking tape. |
