titleOfInvention Adhesive sheet with fabric
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a fabric-attached adhesive sheet having excellent properties such as adhesiveness to a vulcanized rubber as a fabric-attached adhesive sheet used for the production of vulcanized rubber products. [Structure] A polyurethane thin layer 11 and a rubber thin layer 12 are formed on a fabric 1 to obtain a fabric-attached adhesive sheet 1. When manufacturing the vulcanized rubber, the rubber layer 1 of the adhesive sheet with cloth 1 The two sides are overlapped so as to be in contact with the surface of the unvulcanized rubber composition, heated and pressed to vulcanize the unvulcanized rubber composition and the rubber layer is adhered to the surface of the rubber composition, and then the cloth is peeled off. By adhering to the unvulcanized rubber via the rubber thin layer 12, the adhesiveness is improved. The fabric 10 is preferably stretchable in the weft direction like a tricot knitted fabric, and the fiber is preferably a heat resistant synthetic fiber.
