titleOfInvention Reaction medium of 1,2-diphenylethylenediamine and catecholamines
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] In the reaction of derivatizing catecholamines with 1,2-diphenylethylenediamine, we developed a reagent that adjusts the hydrogen ion concentration during the reaction and is suitable for routine analysis of catecholamines. To establish. [Structure] 1,2-Diphenylethylenediamine and catecholamines were prelabeled in a zwitterionic buffer containing ammonium molybdate and potassium ferricyanide, and the resulting fluorescent derivative was separated by reverse phase chromatography to quantify catecholamines. To do. [Effect] The rapid and stable pre-labeling reaction can contribute to downsizing of the apparatus and cost reduction as compared with the post-labeling method.
