abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition using a flame retardant in which a nitrogen-containing compound having a novel specific repeating unit is combined with a phosphoric acid compound. [Structure] A polymer having a repeating unit exemplified by the following chemical formula 1 and ammonium polyphosphate (or polyphosphoric acid amide) are contained in a thermoplastic resin in a weight ratio of 0.1-10. A flame-retardant composition obtained by mixing 1 to 50% by weight of the composition. [Chemical 1] [Effect] Halogen-free flame retardant, low added amount, and no bleeding due to moisture absorption.
