(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an aqueous dispersion of a copolyester resin having excellent redispersibility and storage stability. [Structure] A graft polymer obtained by graft-polymerizing a radical-polymerizable monomer containing a hydrophilic group-containing radical-polymerizable monomer on a copolyester is an aqueous dispersion in which water is dispersed, and the graft polymer is 13 C NMR of the fine particles dispersed in fine particles having an average particle diameter of 500 nm or less. An aqueous dispersion having a FWHM of the carbon signal of the carbonyl group of the copolyester in the spectrum of 300 Hz or more, and a method for producing the same. |
