titleOfInvention | Method for producing impact resistant styrene resin |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The present invention relates to a method for producing an impact-resistant styrenic resin having a good balance of impact resistance and surface gloss. [Structure] High cis butadiene rubber is used in the production of impact-resistant styrenic resin with rubber particles having a capsule structure. (A) and styrene-butadiene block rubber (B) are dissolved in the styrene-based monomer at a weight ratio of (A) / (B) = 10/90 to 70/30 to polymerize the styrene-based monomer. It is characterized in that an organic peroxide is added and polymerization is carried out until the rate reaches 25%. |
