R 2 is hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl; R 3 is alkyl, benzene ring, cycloalkane ring, alkyl substituted with a nitrogen-containing monocycle, C 10-15 condensed 3 rings; e is 3-5, f 1 to 3, p is 0 to 4, q is 0 to 2, s is 0 to 3; when However, D ring system is (iii) or (iv), - (CH 2 ) p - and = CH- (CH 2) s - is linked to the a or b on the ring, the ring of R 3 are lower alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, nitro, optionally substituted with trihalomethyl)..
